For the whole family
Separett® Family is designed for up to six people and can handle up to 40 visits in 24 hours. With smart technology, the incineration time is adjusted to ensure that only ash remains.
Smart, user-friendly display
The user-friendly display gives you full control over settings such as language and incineration time, and indicates when the ash pan needs to be emptied or the appliance needs servicing.
How does an incinerating toilet work?
Separett® Family II works like a small high-temperature oven. After each visit, the chamber heats up to 550°C and incinerates the solid waste, while the urine evaporates. The result? Clean ash that can be used as fertiliser in the garden. A fan draws air into the combustion chamber and ensures combustion, while smoke and hot air are led out through the exhaust pipe.
Environmentally friendly and practical: an incinerating toilet for everyone
Incinerating toilets are becoming increasingly popular, especially in Nordic holiday homes. They are environmentally friendly and easy to use. Separett® Family II gives you the opportunity to contribute to a sustainable future by reducing water consumption and making waste handling easier.
Separett’s incinerating toilets are just as suitable for permanent homes as they are for holiday homes. They are safe and, thanks to advanced technology, comfortable to use.
Installation and use: simple and comfortable
Installation requires electricity and ventilation. Follow our installation instructions carefully for the best results. If you are unsure, we recommend using a professional to help with the installation.
Separett® Family II is designed to be easy to use. Use a disposable bag, press the flush handle and start the incineration programme. No waiting, no hassle.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Cleaning and Maintenance
Cleaning the toilet:
Use a lightly dampened cloth and preferably a cleaning agent intended for stainless steel. Do not rinse the toilet with water, as this may damage the toilet’s components.
Cleaning the ash pan:
Once the ash pan has been emptied twice, the display will show the message: “CLEAN ASH PAN ADD 1L WATER PRESS LARGE INCINERATION”. Confirm by pressing the centre button. Cleaning is carried out because crystals form when urine evaporates.
Do the following:
- Remove the ash pan and empty it.
- Pour 1 litre of water into the ash pan.
- Place the ash pan back into position.
- Run a large incineration programme.
