Terms for the AI Customer Service

We use a new AI-powered phone service that you can call around the clock. Its purpose is to make it easier for you to get answers to questions about Separett toilets, especially if you prefer talking to searching for information on our website.

The service is still under development, and we ask you to keep the following in mind:

• More ways to get help: The service complements our regular customer service; it does not replace it.
• Limited functionality: The AI service can only answer questions about Separett products.
• No access to order or stock information: The service cannot access information about orders, deliveries or product availability.
• AI-generated answers: All answers are generated automatically by artificial intelligence and may sometimes be incorrect or incomplete.
• Always follow official documentation: As a customer, you are responsible for following the instructions in user and installation manuals, as well as written information on our official websites: separett.com, separett.shop, separett.eu and separett.fi.
• No compensation for incorrect advice: Separett AB accepts no responsibility for any errors or damage that occur if you rely solely on information from the AI service.

Every call helps us improve the service!
Calls are recorded, transcribed by AI and analysed afterwards so that we can continue to develop and improve the AI service.
