Service terms Sweden
In order for the incinerating toilet to function optimally, it needs regular service. On the newer models of incinerating toilets, the panel indicates a reminder that it may be time for service.
You can book service either by contacting an authorized servicepartner directly or book service through our website service booking. After your request has been sent, the servicepartner will contact you and you can then jointly agree on a suitable time.
Separett's recommended price for a Basic service is 3195 SEK incl. VAT but there may be variations. Servicepartner will contact the customer for approval if additonal details need to be changed so the price exceeds over agreed price.
Basic service includes the following:
- Checking the flush mechanism
- Catalyst cleaning / control
- Cleaning the smokepipe
- Cleaning / checking the fan
- Replacement of element (Element included - price 1795:-)
- Cleaning the air supply to the combustion chamber
- Cleaning / checking the thermal sensor
- General inspection of the toilet (+ Cleaning Inside / Outside)
- The control card is updated with the latest software
- Resetting service in the service menu
- The toilet is tested to ensure that it achieves good incineration.
Element is included, If necessary, there is a cost for additional material change,. For parts that are replaced during service, Separett provides a 6-month material warranty from the service date.
Service partners
Separett only works with authorized partners who are trained by Separett. Choose the servicepartner that is closest to you (or the toilet) for the smoothest case.
The cost for freight or service done at the installation location vary.
You can also self deliver the toilet to service at all servicepartners.
You will be contacted with a quotation if you select service at the installation location or freight as delivery method.
Note! Not all servicepartners offer service at the installation location.
On our web-site you can choose between options below:
- Drop-off - you are responsible for handing in the toilet to our partner's workshop
- On-site service - The servicepartner offers to perform service / repair on site where the toilet is installed for a fee.
- Shipping to Service partner - You will receive packaging and return slip sent to you for return of toilet for service. NOTE Only available as an alternative to Separett Värnamo

Things to keep in mind when visiting Servicepartner
NOTE!
- Don´t forget to empty the ashtray and roughly clean the toilet. A NON-cleaned toilet, will be charged a cleaning fee of 1000SEK.
- Don´t forget opportunity to buy accessories such as bags, bag holders and heating seats.
