   If you choose "Separett Värnamo", you choose to pick up at Separett's factory in Värnamo.

The products are picked up fully assembled.

No shipping costs/ extra fees will be charged for collection at the factor

    • We deliver all deliveries under 30 kg as a package to DHL Servicepoint.
    • You will receive a notification from DHL that the package can be picked up from an agent,

DELIVERY
Delivery times vary between 7-10 days after you have received the order confirmation from us.
Unless a longer delivery period has been agreed, orders will be delivered according to our delivery message to your delivered address.
Our transport supplier does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays
If there is a delivery delay, if an order can´t be executed or if an order can only be executed partially, you will be notified within a maximum of 3 days after ordering. In that case, you have the right to terminate the agreement free of charge and we will refund in full all amounts that you have already paid within 10 days.
If delivery of a product you ordered proves impossible, we will strive to offer you a replacement product of comparable or higher quality. You are not obliged to accept this offer and may choose to terminate the agreement at no cost instead, and we will refund the amounts you paid in full within 10 days.

CANCELLATION
Separett AB works to minimize delivery times and usually your order is processed by us immediately after you have completed your purchase.
Due to the short delivery time, it is therefore not possible to make a cancellation after placing an order.
However, you have the opportunity to return your shipment to us directly with your agent, when you have received your shipment. Return shipping is then paid by the consumer.

 



 

NOT PICKED UP ORDERS
Returned freight is charged for not picked up orders.
If you send back your package incorrectly, we reserve the right to charge you for all the costs that arise in connection with such a return + handling cost.

 



 

TRANSPORT DAMAGE - DAMAGE IN DELIVERY / ERROR DELIVERED
If visible transport damage is discovered, this must be documented and demonstrated at the delivery point.
If the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered, you make a complaint no later than 7 days after you have picked up the product. Feel free to take a picture of the damage that you can attach to us

We will send you a return shipping note which you attach to the transport packaging

Delivery to a private customer

Available delivery methods will appear on the checkout page before payment is made. Choose the most suitable delivery method for you. Below is information on the different delivery methods.

All deliveries weighing less than 20 kg and measuring a maximum of 100 x 60 x 60 cm are possible as a Parcel Post to the nearest Post Office or parcel machine. The post office will send an arrival notification via SMS and / or e-mail when the package is available for pick-up, so please check your contact details before placing an order. The arrival notification also contains information on where your package has arrived.

Lightweight and small packages (maximum size 35.3 x 25 x 3 cm) can be sent directly as a letter (Small Package) to a mailbox or mailbox.

It is also possible to choose Schenker home delivery for all orders. In this delivery method, the transport company Schenker delivers your order directly to your door. The shipping company will contact you by phone, so please make sure your contact information is up to date before placing your order.

Delivery time in all delivery methods is typically about 2-4 working days from the order. If the item(s) are missing from the warehouse in Finland, or there is some other significant delay in your order from our end, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Cancellation of the order

The order can be canceled before sending the products. After shipment, the order cannot be canceled, in this case the cancellation will be made as a refund. In case of cancellation, please contact infofi@separett.com or call 0192418230.

 

Returns: private customer

For consumer customers, Separett complies with the Distance Selling Act and the General Sales Act. Separett gives a 14-day right of return for products purchased from the online store. The returned product must be unused and in unopened original packaging. For returns not done by this instruction, the customer is responsible for all delivery costs.

In case of return, please contact Separett's customer service infofi@separett.com or 0192418230 within 14 days of ordering. The services or delivery costs have no right of return. Returns or cash on delivery will not be accepted. After Separett has been notified by the customer on the return of the goods, following instructions can be used for cost-free return using Separett return ID for Posti.

You can return your order free of charge via a postal outlet. Pack the items carefully.

Returns using a Helposti code:

Order your return code from the address posti.fi/returnparcel by entering the item ID (a code beginning with JJFI). Drop off the parcel at any Posti parcel locker or service point according to the instructions.

Returns without a Helposti code: 

You can return an item through a Posti outlet. Write our return ID 651337 on the item and take the item to a postal outlet.

Separett will charge the customer for any costs resulting from the incorrect return. Refunds may also be denied if the above conditions are not met. Deliveries for corporate customers

The order will be delivered as a package or pallet to the company's address. Delivery time is usually 2-3 business days. The freight charge will be added to the total amount of the order in accordance with the terms of the contract / price list.

Orders from business customers are non-refundable.
